• Disfigurement / Defacement/ Damage of walls /floor will have to be rectified at your own cost.

• Lift is NOT to be used for shifting heavy items/ large-sized furniture. 

• No late-night / loud / drunken partying.

• No unlawful / criminal activities. 

• With prior permission from the other tenants, you can use the Stilt Parking Floor for holding Birth Day, Naming, Anna Prasana & Anniversary Functions and Festival Celebrations …with due attention to Cleanliness of Premises, Waste Disposal & unobstructive Parking. That will save you a lot of money and enhance the Joy of Community Living.
