Preliminary Screening:

• Aadhaar Card & PAN Card

• Highest Education Certificate

• Employment Certificate

• Latest Salary Slip     (Even a redacted Employment Certificate,  with unnecessary details blocked out, just showing the company of  your present job and the basic salary will do .....for our reassurance of smooth & sustainable rent payability)

• Marriage Certificate (to ensure a compatible family-ecosystem for all the tenants)

• Self-Declaration: about Clean Antecedents Without any Police / Court Cases

Later On:

• Rent Agreement on e-Stamp Paper (Draft-Text will be shared for concurrence)

• Refundable Security Deposit Payment (₹ 2 Lakhs) to the Landlord (Online): Receipt

• Refundable GAIL Piped Gas Deposit (₹ 500) to the Company (Online): Receipt
